For them, we recommend a classic Joint Venture partnership to maximize their returns. This allows them to be an on-title and on-mortgage investor, with absolutely no management hassles. This also provides them with monthly cash flow, in addition to the equity appreciation and mortgage pay down.

Some investors prefer a steady and fixed return on their investments. For them, a secured loan for cash investments, or RRSP investments for funds locked into an RRSP are the ideal choices.
